Reporting Guide

Forage delivers daily CSV reports that let merchants and platforms reconcile Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), Health Savings Account / Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA), and credit/debit transactions against the payouts Forage moves to their accounts. Reports can reach you through three channels: the Forage Dashboard, the Forage API, or automated daily SFTP delivery.

Audience

Operations, finance, and engineering staff at a merchant or platform integrated with Forage who need to reconcile transactions, track payouts, or audit fund movement.

Prerequisites

An active Forage merchant or platform account. If you don't have one yet, start with getting started with Forage. For SFTP delivery, reach out to Forage to enable reporting access.

Understanding Forage reporting. Concept overview of the three report types, three delivery channels, two fee models, and how reports relate to payouts and settlement. Read this first if you're new to Forage reporting.
