Forage JS is a front-end JavaScript library for processing EBT payments. You can use the library to add the following EBT checkout operations to your website or app:
- Store tokenized EBT card numbers for future use
- Check the balance of an EBT account*
- Capture an EBT payment
EBT Elements, secure Forage-hosted entities that accept and submit customer input, enable these transactions.
*Skip the balance inquiry method if your site offers guest checkout. FNS prohibits balance inquiries on sites that offer a guest checkout flow.
